Welcome to Babbletree Kids, the B2B brand of Anabir Designs Pvt. Ltd. Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before placing any order. By accessing our website or making a purchase, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
Orders & Minimums
Babbletree Kids deals strictly in bulk B2B orders only. The minimum order requirement is 5 size set per style, across all product categories. All orders are confirmed only after full advance payment is received.
Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed are inclusive of GST & Shipping charges. GST and applicable taxes will be charged additionally as per government regulations. Accepted payment modes include UPI, bank transfer, and net banking. Payments are non-refundable once an order is confirmed.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically dispatched within 3-4 business days. We currently ship across India. For international shipping, buyers must contact us directly for details. Babbletree Kids is not liable for any delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
Returns, Damages & Complaints
We do not accept returns or exchanges except in the case of damaged goods. To claim a replacement for damaged goods:
Buyers must provide unboxing video proof clearly showing the issue.
Complaints must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
No refunds or exchanges will be entertained otherwise.
Order cancellations are not allowed after confirmation.
Intellectual Property & Design Protection
All designs, product images, and content on www.babbletreekids.com are the intellectual property of Babbletree Kids / Anabir Designs Pvt. Ltd.
Buyers and resellers are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, or replicating our designs, photographs, or branding without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Babbletree Kids shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to: Resellers’ profit margins, Unsold inventory, Delayed logistics caused by third-party carriers. Our liability is strictly limited to the replacement of defective or damaged goods as per our policy.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
All disputes arising from transactions with Babbletree Kids shall fall under the jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
